News & Updates
Foals: We have a great new set of foals this years that we’re very excited about. We will be halter breaking and lead breaking them soon and look forward to getting some ground work started this summer.
Stallions: Our boys have been busy this year with their breeding schedules. El Dorado is up in Canada at Blazing Colours Farm. He is in great hands and will get some show experience while he’s there. Prince Charming and The Spotlight have had some lovely foals this year and have been rebred to our mares for another exciting foal crop next year.
Mares: Our mares did a wonderful job this foal season. We ended up with three paint colts, two of which are buckskin tobianos and the third, a homozygous bay with a heart marking on his whithers. We also got one elegant chestnut filly by Prince Charming. Everyone is healthy and happy and it’s great to see the babies running around and playing in the pasture. The mares have all been rebred and their breedings will be posted on their pages along with possible outcomes.
We will try to keep our news as updated as possible. If you have pictures of your Red Fox Farm babies and want to share them please don’t hesitate to e-mail them to redfoxfarmtx@gmail.com. We love to get updates about competitions and shows!
Many people have asked us how we have conceived and executed our breeding program. Red Fox Farm is owned by Linda and Milynda Milam - we are a mother/daughter venture and the farm has been a wonderful opportunity to turn our dreams of beautiful horses into reality.
