News & Updates

Foals:  We have a great new set of foals this years that we’re very excited about. We will be halter breaking and lead breaking them soon and look forward to getting some ground work started this summer.

Stallions: Our boys have been busy this year with their breeding schedules. El Dorado is up in Canada at Blazing Color Farm.  He is in great hands and will get some show experience while he’s there. RFF Prince Charming has his first foals on the ground and we couldn’t be happier with his production abilities. He is set to breed four of our mares this season with 2 double dilutes possible.

Mares: We have four new additions to our broodmare herd this year. Two of them have produced foals before and two of them are maidens. We look forward to seeing how they produce and will keep everyone posted about them.  Our other mares did a wonderful job this foal season. We ended up with two paints and two palominos, two colts and two fillies. Everyone is healthy and happy and it’s great to see the babies running around and playing in the pasture.

Other farm news: Milynda is also “in foal” so she is taking a break from the farm. We are excited about this newest addition to the family and are looking forward to seeing Sabine getting to be the big sister. Sabine recently took Micky to a pony show in Glen Rose and won first place.
